Carolyn Smale is the founder of BHPC and is a recognised titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist.
Carolyn has worked in the Hills District for many years and in that time has been associated with various sporting clubs such as Parramatta Rugby League Football Club, Parramatta Rugby Union Football Club, The Hills District Football Club and many more. She currently works with the Sydney Shield at Hills.
Carolyn has worked treating all types of sports injuries and rehabilitation following reconstructive surgery.
As a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist Carolyn uses advanced clinical assessment and diagnosis methods, and has been trained over the years in a broader range of treatment techniques than many other health professionals.
Members of the Musculoskeletal Physiotherapists Australia (MPA) are world-leaders in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of muscle and joint problems, especially low back and neck pain.
Carolyn also has a Masters Degree in Applied Science (Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy). Carolyn works with all spinal pain and injuries, she has an expertise in the area of cervicogenic headaches and neck pain.

Danielle‘s passion for sport, health and exercise rehabilitation led her to her first degree, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Exercise and Sport Science. This was followed by a more specialised Masters of Physiotherapy, both completed at the University of Sydney.
Danielle has been in private practice for over 10 years, treating a wide variety of conditions. Promoting health and well being, with experience in musculoskeletal and sports injuries, orthopedic pre & post-operative rehabilitation, exercise rehabilitation and exercise in the management of chronic diseases such as cardiovascular disease and diabetes.
Danielle has worked as the on field physiotherapist with a number of sporting teams across rugby union, rugby league and field hockey at Local, State, National and International representative level.
Danielle has developed a keen and special interest in the active management and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries through a combination of hands on therapy and exercise rehabilitation; as well as the role of exercise for chronic disease management.
As a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association, and an Accredited Exercise Scientist and Accredited Exercise Physiologist with Exercise and Sports Science Australia, Danielle ensures she maintains best practice standards with on going seminars and specialised training in order to deliver the best possible care for her patients.
